It's safe, barrier free, fun, and there is no cost. Research proves that brisk walking has the greatest potential for increasing overall activity levels for those less active. It can increase your energy and strengthen your bones and muscles to keep you strong.

Come join the Mall Movers Movement for a mall walk and FREE Strength & Stretch Class in the enclosed malls in Toronto.
Mall Movers offers a FREE Stretch and Strength class one morning each week, usually at 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. with a certified fitness instructor. (times may vary slightly in some malls). Then enjoy a healthy walk with your friends in a safe, secure, barrier free environment, and end off your morning enjoying a coffee or tea with other walkers.
