Physical Activity Guidelines Posters

A variety of posters have been created using the revised Canadian Guidelines for Physical Activity for Older Adults – 65 Years & Older, developed by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP). You may download and print them to hand out to participants, or simply post them in your centre. They are there for your use to inform and educate older Canadians on physical activity.
